In this digital era, computer education has become the most important tool and skill. Computer literate are only called literate in this world. Students with computer knowledge will also get advantage in getting jobs in different fields. To give an edge effect to Divya Nagari Slum Children in this competitive world, we initiated computer education program on 3rd August 2015 for the selected about 40 Divya Nagari children, daily from 7 P.M. to 8 P.M just after their regular classes. B.K. Ishitaben, Centre In-Charge, Navrangpura emphasised that the interest and knowledge of computers is must in these children which will help them in future.
Brother Manish Gohel, IT-Professional, is serving as a faculty for their computer education classes. Interactive sessions and practical demonstration are increasing the understanding of computer use in these children. Children are also very excited to learn computer here at Divya Darshan Bhavan at free of cost.
